Account-specific Inventory Bug for 13 Days, Support closed 2 Tickets without a fix, ♥♥♥♥
Hello everyone,

I'm posting here because I've run into a serious issue and Steam Support has been unable to help.

For over 10 days, since the start of the Summer Sale, my main Steam Inventory (the one for trading cards, gems, backgrounds, etc.) has been completely unusable. It either shows an error or, as of recently, is listed in the "Unavailable Inventories" section.

This is 100% an account-specific bug:
- All my other game inventories (CS2, etc.) work perfectly.
- The bug persists on any computer and on the mobile app.
- My second account works fine on the same computer.

I have tried to resolve this through Steam Support, but it has been an incredibly frustrating experience.

1. My first ticket HT-63YY-VP7J-TQDP was handled by three different agents. One agent (Alexa) actually tried to help and "refreshed" my account, which fixed the inventory for about 2 minutes before it broke again. I immediately reported this, but the next agent (Layla) ignored everything and closed the ticket with a generic "servers are busy" response.

2. I created a second ticket HT-6T82-4WT6-DD7P, politely explaining the situation and referencing the first ticket. The agent (Donatello) replied with the EXACT SAME generic template about server load and seems ready to close this ticket as well.

I am out of options. The support system is sending me in circles. My inventory is broken, and the issue is clearly a persistent bug with my account that front-line support cannot or will not fix.

Has anyone ever experienced a bug like this? Does anyone have any advice on how I can get this issue escalated to a real Valve technician who can actually investigate it?

I can provide all the screenshots from my support tickets if needed. Thank you for any help you can offer.

I experience exactly the same issue. With the same timing. Into which section did you post the support request? Cause mine were all closed.

I have the same problem as the OP, and I got a generic answer from support too...
I've also tried deleting cache and similar things like OP, browser, mobile app, other account....
