Freezes and lags

when I play demanding games or simple ones on steam, the video card is used at 90%-100%. And the main thing is it doesn't matter what game. If I play games not from steam, then everything is fine and doesn't reach above 50%. I tried to play the witcher. When I went in and played the first 5 minutes, everything was fine. No freezes. 100+ fps. And after 5 minutes, it starts to freeze and lag on low graphics, but before that it didn't lag on high. And it doesn't matter what game, it happens with any

Look like overlay issue maybe try, turn off "Enable GPU web accelration for Browser in web view.

You are lucky if this is all the issue you have only, next is discord and Nvidia overlay that might interfrence with steam.

You can also find past post with Dual GPU card issue like IGPU with Main 3D prime card.

This is why there is safe boot mode, to test other apps interference, steam has a help sections with it.

Technical there is many app that can do this, Even ASUS Armoury Crate, problem is that was a while ago, and we dont know anything in what you have in pc spec or installed sofware, try safe boot mode to reduce loads of app and see if that help or change anything.
