How to transfer game to another account
Hello, is it possible to transfer a game to another account? My account has been used by several family members and we would now like to split it up into several accounts and transfer the games to the individual accounts. Is this possible and how? Thanks!!

Not possible.

If it was possible, it would be abused heavily by people using it as a means to make money.

Can I Merge Accounts

Steam accounts can not be merged together. Per the Steam Subscriber Agreement, Steam game subscriptions / CD keys are nontransferable and cannot be reset / moved between Steam accounts.

As others have mention game transfers can not be done.
You can however share games between accounts via steam families. This would be your best option
