If you are talking about Steam Support having to change it. Sooner or later you will lose the right to change your name for good.

Using your name to advertise for known scam websites is not allowed. In fact using your name to advertise at all is not allowed. In fact using any part of your profile to advertise is not allowed.

Since you're not getting the memo, Steam will eventually become more aggresive, likely increasing cooldown times when they have to change your name yet again, until they finally get tired of it and just disable the feature for good.

3rd infraction is a 1 month cooldown preventing you from making changes.

If you stop breaking the rules, Valve will stop resetting your name. Additionally, by not breaking the rules you won't incur any new punitive cooldowns.

It does not remove past infractions.

Stop picking names that break the rules and you won't have to worry about what happens later.

Maybe you should remove your name history.

How do I remove my profile name history?

Steam stores the previous 10 names that you've used for your profile. If you'd like to clear this history, follow these instructions:

• Log in to your account and go to your profile
  
• Click the drop down arrow next to your current persona name
  
• Select clear previous aliases

And leave that scam group (that one with the smoking monkey) .

Given their name history, would someone please be so kind to post the guide to remove high-jackers / secure the account?

I'm on mobile right now so I can't do it.
