Can't refund games
Hello,
I bought some game and i don't really want it anymore. In the past i refunded a couple of games but when i tried to refund this time i didn't got any respond from Steam. The ticket is closed and i am left with game i dont want even tho i am qualifying to return it. I played it for 1 hour.
Why is it like that? What can i do in this siituation?

If ticket was closed without any response then your account is compromised.
Follow steps 1-6 to secure it:

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Follow these Steps:

4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the API Key)

After following the steps try to submit the refund request again.
