I am experiencing a strange issue with my Steam games where, while playing, the game will briefly pause for one or two seconds before returning to normal as if nothing happened. This problem did not occur previously, and it affects only three specific games rather than all of my Steam library. I am unsure how to resolve this issue since nothing I have found online has been helpful.
