how do i get in touch with a manger or team lead at steam.
I was hoping someone could help me find a way to get in touch with someone higher than the responders. or is there a complaint section? I don't know if the person I got is having a bad day or is just a rude person. but not only was she not helpful, she was also condescending and didn't seem to care about any problems I've had.

Only through the support ticket system.

You get in touch the same way you did before, through a ticket. If your previous ticket to them lacked substance as this post did then that may be where the issue is. Best of luck, blocked, etc.

Also, offering to pay users to fix things is a violation of Steam policies.

Thanks for your advice, alot of help. But where did I ever offer to pay someone to fix it? Please don't make up lies. Plus no user would be able to fix it. So why would I risk everyrhing with such a stupid request. I was hoping someone knew some type of like phone number or an email I could contact.

They dont use a support email or have support phone number...only way to contact them is via the ticket system.

You could alway post your problem here, someone may be able to help you with your issue.

Or explain how scripted responses to common problems aren't rude or condescending. But no one can control how you, OP, interpret responses you don't like.

You don't need to.

Support tickets are the only option. Also keep in mind support can only handle account and billing related issues and even within that they are limited.

Unless you want to share what the issue you are having is. We can't really tell you if support handles it or not.
