RECOVERYNG STEAM ACCOUNTS EMAIL
Basically i want to change the accounts email but i dont have access to it because the provider no longer exists.

what do i do i did recovery but they just spam bot answer that i need to do another ticket whit the original accounts email even tho i said the provider doesn't exist now.

I sent them the library,phone app, screenshot the account details.

even tho im just now writing this discussion on the account bc i have it signed in on two devices my phone and laptop.

And they still don't believe im the owner.

I can provide more info if you don't know what i mean.

click help in top of your steam home page,and then steam support and then my accont in there you can find answers for your question

What exactly did they write in their answer?

I'm pretty sure they just want to know the original email to verify that you are the original owner of that account. You don't need access to the original email.

I would like to inform you that photos and screenshots from Steam/email are not valid for verifying account ownership.

Unfortunately, there is no purchase information on the account for us to verify ownership, so you will need to verify ownership of the original email address used to create this account.

Please create a new support ticket using the first email address associated with the Steam account as the ticket contact email. Make sure that you are logged out of any Steam accounts before creating this ticket. Also reference this ticket number in the new ticket: HT-38GN-P3G9-BBFF

If you no longer have access to the original email address, you will need to contact the email provider to recover it.

Please note, if you are not able to perform this action, we will not be able to make changes to the account.
