My account sent scam links to my friends. what should I do
With my friend's remind I find my account sent fake links to all my friends this afternoon, with STEAM GIVES THE GIFT headed, but a fake link. I changed my codes and added my phone number for verifying, logged out my account. Does it have something to do with my computer? Am I doing right? And what should I do next.... anything suggestions will be greatly appreciated, thank you guys.

Hijacked. Malware or phishing.

Follow steps 1-6 to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
