So first thing first, for the past year I have been living in Yemen where I would switch my steam country for viewing purposes only as in I did not buy any item off steam thus permanently changing my account location which means it's still the same location as where It always was which was america. Then this march, I moved to a new permanent residence in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. And with that move I wanted to change my steam location so I could get better deal on games here. But when I first tried this in may I was met with failure as when I pressed the purchase button it would give me an error. Note that this was not an issue with payment as I was using A visa debit card which is stated to be an excepted form of payment here. This is further proven by the fact that the payment page gives me no errors and only the checkout page ever gave me the error. I was then told on the forum that I would have to wait 3 months to change my county even If I never officially changed it. But for the third month, I was in vacation in america where I would also log onto my steam account to use play, use my art programs, and also check the prices for anything interesting but on the 15/16th of June, I remote accessed my Desktop in Saudi and tried to buy a game here to change my location. I did not work so I presumed that the issue is that having two devices connected to your account in two different locations bug it out so I waited until I returned to buy the game But when I returned It sill gave me that same error. So I come to you to ask on ways to fix this and or any problems with my story that I did not know. If you have any questions about the finer details please ask.
