Hello I just built a new pc with a AMD ryzen 5 9600x.

Is it even worth running Best Performance in the power setting or just leave it on Balanced?

I'm worried about component life span and damage it could sustain from being on such a setting and i'd like to hear from anyone with more knowledge on it.

Games like space marine 2, escape from tarkov and cyberpunk 2077 work great since I have a 3060 gpu and i'm at a steady 90-100 frames on all games (except tarkov lol).
