Steam staff please help
One of your support staff contacted me a couple weeks ago and they said my account was suspicious and looked at it and then came back and said it was fine and said sorry for the inconvenience but they took nearly 80 of my skins from my inventory on rust and said I’d get them back within 7 days and that I’d also get some steam credit for the inconvenience none of this has happened so I’m worried please could u sort this thank you

You fell for a scam. You were contacted by a scammer and believed that scammer. Take this as a learning experience.
It was an authorised steam employee I checked they even turned of my account and took control

There is no such thing. They had control of your account because they were scammers and hijacked it. They then baited you into making a trade so they could steal your items.

Unfortunately not but make sure you report all accounts involved.

Steam does not return inventory items or wallet funds.

Steam Item Restoration Policy

Steam Support does not restore items that have left accounts for any reason, including trades, market transactions, deletions, or gifting.
