[REFUND BUG] Can’t request refund even though I’m within time and playtime limits
Hello, I'm trying to request a refund for the game "Oxygen Not Included", purchased on June 27th. I have only played 33 minutes and I’m still within the 14-day refund window.

However, the “Refund to Steam Wallet” button appears disabled and I’m unable to complete the refund process. I’ve tried every available path through the Steam Support system, but I keep getting stuck on the same page with no option to proceed or contact support directly through the game’s page.

I haven’t received any confirmation email, and there’s no refund listed under my account’s purchase history. It looks like the refund system bugged out for this game.

Please, I need help to process the refund manually or fix this issue so I can request it properly.

try a manual ticket. select the purchase, then select "I have a question" and make your refund request there.
