I have lost access to my account because of an authentication I never used or got!
When I try to access my account it ask for nub name and password I type it in an then it tells me I have to do something with the phone at. It doesn’t work it sends me in circles. I have spent lots of money with steam and i want accesss to my a count. I wrote y’all about this earlier and changed menu password I didn’t ask y’all to change my password you made this even harder on me. Please fix this

If you've Steam Guard (it sounds like you've) simply scan QR code and it will log you in.
Other than that, it's asking you to confirm log-in in app on your phone.
It ask met for codes in emails and there is nowhere to put in a code. I have never added an authentication my account thus just started a few days ago and every day I lost another access to my account it started with my phone then my iPad now my pc everything tells me to use the phone app it doesn’t do anything. The only thing I get is errors and to use the mobile app which again does nothing like what it’s supposed to do

Download and install the Steam app on your phone.
I have it keeps telling me when I sign in to use the app. I’m in the app it’s not working. When go to the shield I can’t click anything but add authentication and then it say error .
If steam hadnt changed my pass word I could still get in on my pc and use my oculus now I can’t access anything. I don’t understand why they can’t fix this. I have proven time and time again that I am the account owner.
How do get steam to help me? I don’t want to lose 1000 of dollars worth of games a 1000s of hours gaming time do I have go to an attorney. I’m not banned. No one has taken my account no one but me has access. I just wish they would tell me something appearently maybe some one has gotten into my account because it says I have steam guard but I never did. It errors when I try to move the steam guard from where ever it is to my knew phone but there is no phone number so it errors out. This is a steam problem that fixing now! I’m 55 years old and I don’t have time for this BS
I just went through 50 of those tap on the by icles then fire hydrant then the cars I’m not doing that crap again they need let me know something either way so I can get back to playing our get to during because this iscreficulous it’s plain to see I never had steam guard because there is nonphone number. That’s why it errors out so they need to straighten this up

With proof of ownership, you can try to recover your account to regain access.
