Account temporarily suspended
Someone tried to scam me by writing to me in steam chat, I blocked him, but it didnt work, he started uninstalling games I have and blocking my friends, so I created a new password and all that so it stopped. and now after all that, my account is temporarily suspended and all my friends are removed. So I have 2 questions

1. Is there something I need/can do to fix it, or do I just wait? Regarding the suspenison
2. Is it the scammer or is it that I am suspended that made my friends be removed?

There's absolutely nothing indicating any suspension on your account. That's just another trick of the hijacker who still have access to your account.

Revoke your API key, deauthorize all other devices and then change your password.

You shouldn't create one if you don't absolutely, really, surely need one. That's why you should revoke one if there is one.

The API key is a KEY. Meaning it gives whomever holds the key access to your account, just like the key to your home gives whomever holds it, access to your home.
