Latest Steam update reset my settings
It seems there was a big update to Steam and a bunch of my settings got reset, such as toast notifications.

While I reverted most of them, I can't find the one that deals with the Friends window popping up when starting Steam. How do I make the Friends window not appear when I start Steam, like it was before the update?

Steam > Settings > Friends & Chat >>> Sign in to friends when Steam starts

Some updates may reset some settings. It's rare but can happen.
