Logging in.
Hello.

I need some help logging into my main account. I have two accounts, One that I play my games on and one that I buy them on. I do this in order to try and keep the account I own my games on safe.

I attempted to log into my other account today to buy some games in the summer sale.

I tried twice and the they failed each time due to me forgetting the password.

I then went through the process of resetting the password and found the anti robot detection to be a right pain. It took me around 3-4 attempts to get through it.

Once through it I get an e-mail to account recovery email come through and for some reason that failed. I was then taken to a page to reset my account using my card details and address etc and this failed. It looked like steam were having problems for some reason. Although it could have been me. There are 3 lines to input the address and I may have placed too many on the first line and left the second line blank.

Now that has left me locked out of the account.

Is there any way of contacting steam support directly for this either by e-mail or phone as each time I try to go through the process in the help section it simply funnels me down the same path and gives me no details about how to contact steam directly.

It wont let me go through that process again. It tells me I have to wait as I have been through it once already.

I did not want to click the link that says I no longer have this card at the bottom as I do still have that card.

As a result it gives me no information on being able to contact steam directly via e-mail or phone and I cant find that info anywhere despite having spent the last hour looking.
I also forgot the captacha process kept giving me an error each time I tried to go through it.
