discord scam?
someone messaged me on discord asking about a trade they made with what appears to be my account but honestly looks like AI? is this something that anyone has run into? should i just ignore them and block them? they have screenshots of their history of who they traded with me being the latest for a game I don't play nor do I know it.

Yes, it's an unbelievably obvious and old scam. Ignore, report, block, move on with life. You should update your Discord settings so you only get messages from friends.
