Double debit without refund
I had an almost unbelievable situation happen yesterday. July 3, bought games and additional content. On the 12th day supposedly there was a refund, although I did not do it (the money on the card was not returned). On the 15th (yesterday) withdrew again the same amount (as on July 3), but in Steam information about refills are not. Wrote to the support, and silence. I wrote to some people who had a similar problem, in two languages, and also so far silence. And I do not understand how to be. Since the transaction was a subscription debit (yes, in the bank through which I refill and pay for Stim purchases, it is considered a subscription), I have the rrn number of the debit, which I specified in the request for support. 🥲
