Check your trade and market history. Inventory items usually don't just up and vanish.

Is it missing edit profile>profile backgrounds?
you say you bought it was that with points?
Was it part of profile background? that included parts?
There is no reason for it disappear unless you refunded something that included it or it had an expirary date,

market history?? that only card item well at least I found history in point shop but it not say anything in specific purchase of what item i bought soo idk

Yes, there no reason for it disappear and i been refund game i dislike 2 game in fact but those game were free but i thinking i don't want them to bloat my library. I dont know if it has expire date

That shows all the points your account has earned, and what you've spent them on. If you bought that background on that account, the transaction will be shown there (Total Redeemed -> View Details).

If it's not there then you didn't purchase that background on this account, or the one you had wasn't from the point shop and you somehow got rid of it.
