I Can't Accept My 3rd Party Trade Offer
Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with trading on Steam, and I’d really appreciate if someone can help explain what’s going on.

Here’s my situation:
- My account is limited (I haven’t added $5 yet), but I thought that only prevents me from initiating trades, not receiving them.

I recently redeemed some skins from a third-party service, and they sent me trade offers.
On my trade history, I can see the trade offers, but all of them appear as canceled.
And when I try to open the trade offer page directly, I get this error:

"Oh nooooooes!
Sorry, some kind of error has occurred:
The trade offer does not exist, or the trade offer belongs to another user."

So my question is:
- Why are all trade offers automatically canceled?
- Does having a limited account block me from accepting trades? Or is there some other restriction I’m missing?

Thanks a lot in advance for any help or advice you can give!

NEVER trade outside of Steam! There are zero protections in place for anything outside of Steam. Anyone trying to trade or do any Steam service outside of the Steam platform is trying to SCAM YOU.

Play it safe, and stick to the official methods through the Steam platform. Do you really want to lose your account and possibly real life money just for some video game pixels which have ZERO use?

Contact the Support team of that third-party site. We can not help you with your problem.

All third-party sites are use at own risk.
