Refund question
i have 0 time on a game i downloaded like a month ago but when i went to refund i saw the steam thing say 2 weeks. do i have a chance of getting the refund?

You are outside the refund policy. You could try a manual refund.

Account details > View purchase history > select the game and choose > I have a question about this purchase. Explain it there and wait for a reply.

Their answer is final. But I doubt.

It's not a guarantee but sometimes they do make exceptions on case by case basis. Congrats!

I find it hard to believe they got back to you so quickly. Regardless, keep the policy in mind for now on. You got super lucky, if they did refund you.
