Refund
I was wondering if this has happened to anyone.

2 weeks ago I bought 2 games, paid for them with Steam balance and bank card (let's take conditional amounts: 111$+ 123$), the games got into my library, everything is fine. But after some time, a couple days ago, Steam automatically issued a refund. According to Steam support, the transaction wasn't processed on the bank side and they didn't receive the funds, that's the reason for the refund. They refunded $111 to my Steam wallet from which the payment was made, but instead of refunding $123 to my card - they instead debited it. Thus, instead of refunding my card they charged it twice. The first time was when I bought the game, and the second time was when the refund was automatically processed. Instead of refunding the money, they additionally charged it. In the end, the card was charged a total of $246 (notional amounts). Although the amount is small, the situation is not pleasant, because if this continues and no one will not deal with it, then in the future because of similar technical errors - in the future will be charged money instead of refund. Apparently, the support service does not quite understand me and does not want to normally deal with. If you have had similar situations and were able to solve them, please write under this post. THX
