how to find "NONE-steam" apps/files (PC not steamdeck)

i have over 400gb of "NONE-steam" taking up my storage and its really bothering when i need to delete games when i have so much free space being taken up by the none-steam items, is there a way to find them?

if your referring to the "other" category in the storage dialogue, the 400gb is being used by the OS, steam client and other software along with all your music, pics, videos and other user-created documents.
