(Solved) Help - Problems with refund!
Yesterday I made a refund request for the game FC 25 (FIFA 25), I have only played 30 minutes (0.5 hours) and it turns out that I received the email of the request but it has been over two hours and I have not received any more responses. I canceled my ticket and opened another, I did this about 3 times because I waited two hours and I still haven't received the email confirming the approval or not.

Has anyone else had a similar issue and managed to resolve it? Because every time I requested a refund for a game, I was notified two hours later that it had been confirmed, but now it's been over 10 hours and I haven't received the email. My ticket is still open, so every time you get a refund, the ticket is closed. If you had a similar issue and resolved it, did you contact support or wait another 24 hours for a response?

there is no problem or issue

you being not patience enough is on you..
Keep closing those tickets and opening new ones. It will put you permanently at the back of the line.

Do you think I'm doing this on purpose? I'm just asking if anyone has had this kind of problem before and I'm not asking for a lecture.
Leave the request alone and wait for a reply.

Ok then. We hear of this all the time when people are impatient and do what you are doing.

Better?

Yes, you're. Each time you put yourself at the end of the waiting queue.

It's not about being impatient; it's about something being wrong. Every time you request a refund for a game or software, you submit a request and an automatic email from Valve is sent to you saying they'll review it. Within two hours, they'll decide whether or not to approve the refund. I'm within the deadline, as I said, and my deadline is the 24th, which is the last day I can request a refund. It turns out my ticket has been open for one day and three hours, you see now?

And no, there is no queue for this unless many users would be asking for a refund for the same game on the same day and time, which is not my case. That's why I came here to ask about the situation, if there have been any similar reports to mine. Because the first time I made a request, I waited 10 hours, closed it, and opened another request, which I waited for 6 hours, and this last time, I've been waiting 1 day and 3 hours.

The problem is that there is a limit, if I wait and the 14 day period passes, they will claim that my period has already expired and that they will not be able to refund me.

wrong.

The time the ticket was made counts, not when the ticket received a reply.

Dude, I've always gotten a response within two hours. I didn't create my account yesterday. Also, I had requested a refund for a software product and received a response within two hours. Payment refunds take 24-48 hours, but as I said, I didn't receive any email within a day and three hours about my account being refunded.

Everyone is like this, I've never seen anyone go through this same problem. Have you ever gone through this problem by any chance to say I'm wrong?

There had been a major sale event recently. There is still a backlog of tickets to work on.

Be patient.

Also, tickets get delayed for 72 hours if you recently changed or reset your login credentials.

It's refund limit not ticket limit. As long as you ask for refund within 2 hours and within 2 weeks, you'll get one.
Ticket may wait in queue for several days and it won't harm your refund chances.
