While Downloading ARK: Survival Evolved.
COMPLETELY CLEAN - UNMODDED, no workshop content either.

Download starts at 40MB/s and slowly throttles down to 0b/s and then goes into a "stopping download" state and completely freezes my entire PC. I have to do a hard reset and discharge the tower to be able to launch windows again afterwards.

OS: Windows 10
CPU: Intel Xeon CPU E5 v3 @ 3.5Ghz
RAM: 32GB Quad Channel DDR4 ECC 2133
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 580 2048SP 6GB

Drive being installed to is a 4TB SSD
read speed: 500 MB/s
Transfer rate: 550 Mbps
Write speed: 400 Mbps

I would like some Assistance with this issue, it's not one I've ever had before.
I will try to install it to another Drive in the meantime.

and while I know my GPU isn't up to par with the game, it has never been an issue previously.
I've had to install the game multiple times, I broke it with mods and the easiest way to fix was to uninstall.
