Have you make sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date incase of micro code issues?
Lastly when you're putting it in, did make sure it fully seated, and put in correct screw to help hold it in place?
The worse case can be defective drive you have to RMA / Return Merchandise Authorization that means using your warranty to get a replacement.
