Can I Make/Publish A "Fangame" On Steam?
legally is it allowed for me to release a fan video game adoption of a board game to steam for free. it doesn't look like one exists on Steam and I plan on making every asset myself, the only problem is the IP which is owned by Hasbro.

Hasbro could sue you for copyright infringement.

Hasbro is more or less like Disney with regards to its IP portfolio. Your game would be nuked from orbit if their lawyers got a whiff of it.

Don't use Hasbro IPs. That is not a legal battle you want to enter into.
