Suddenly yesterday mouse scroll in my Windows Steam client stopped working. Though it works in all other apps. I can still scroll if I drag the scroll bar, or if I click on the scroll wheel and move the pointer. However, simple scroll with a wheel doesn't work in neither part of Steam. Anybody else with this problem? Any solution?
