Black Screen in games

I have a problem with games, when I press Shift + Tab for open steam overlay I got black screen and can hear game (it could be any game), it could be in random moment, after this I can't do anything only restart pc from buttons, I did clear cache but it didn't work, anyone know how can I fix that?

switch shift tab to alt tab for overlay.
shift tab it shouldnt be used during game pause game then alt tab down~
shift tab reduces the screen size from full to window when I test it.

Do you use Geforce? I use geforce and i found out that causes the black screen. If i remember correctly there was a discussion and it was proven geforce causes black screen.

Only way i've managed to loophole it is by alt tabbing out of my game then open the steam overlay. or by disabling geforce out right.
