Cannot redeem gift card
I was gifted a card online from my father in law but I cannot redeem it. When I click accept, I receive and error saying there was an error and to try again in a few minutes. The same error keeps returning.

I am based in Ireland and my father in law is in the UK, is this the reason I cannot redeem the gift?

Any help here would be greatly appreciated. I'd like to be able to redeem it and not have to go back to him saying thanks but I cannot use it.

Did he use a guest account to purchase and send the digital card?

It typically takes 3-5 days for the wallet funds to enter your account but could be longer.

Firstly, thanks for getting back.

Yes it was a guest account. I appreciate it may take time for funds to hit my account but I cannot even accept the gift to trigger the movement of funds.
