yesterday everything was fine, until i had to restart steam, which is when about pretty much alot of pictures stopped loading (OR replaced them with something random) , my pfp. my friends pfp, achievement icons, game thumbnails on the steam store and level icons.

ive looked up and attempted basically everything. from restarting my pc, to steam://flushconfig, checking if steam is being blocked by the firewall, clearing caches and cookies

currently i've only noticed that it's probably something to do with either my network or just the vpn i use because when i connect to specific servers, most of the pictures actually load in, but when i disconnect from my vpn, it goes back to just not being loaded and random pictures (iirc i was using a vpn at the time)

Are there any other solution to this? i've tried about everything i've searched up with no results, any help is massively appreciated. Thanks
