Have i been scammed?
A Person/Bot named Steam Support on Steam messaged me saying this was a Steam Support Case #92091221 and that i needed to trade away my skins for a week to prove that they were Legal. I trusted this whole thing because i have never added this person and they were in my friendlist and second of all they were able to block all my friends and games saying they would only unblock them if I would do what they say. How were they able to do that? A week is now over and no sight of my skins.

Yes. Steam Support does not message via chat.

Why would someone with Support need you to trade items to anyone to see if they're legit? You believe they have the power to do things to your account, but the inventory is somehow untouchable to them?

Yes, you were scammed. Your account is hijacked. You need to re-secure it.
You need to secure your account right now. Follow ALL of the steps:

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Why would they not just trade the skins away themselves?

Because they needed you to authorise the trade.

Which doesn't answer why you think they have this all consuming power over your account, but the inventory is somehow hidden to them.

Im just wondering why they are not able to just accept the trade themselves and just not notify me? if they are able to go around the 2fa and steam guard app on my phone they should be able to accept the trade on their own no?
They want/need you to give away your items.

They need to bait you into confirming a contaminated trade.
