Steam client terminates upon viewing Warframe's Library page or launching the game.

As of today I have suddenly been unable to launch Warframe or even view its library page. No other game has this issue as far as I've been able to find so far. I reinstalled the game twice despite this apparently being an issue with the Steam App since the library page is crashing too, and even removed the game from my account and re-added it. I have of course restarted my computer several times, but none of this has fixed the issue. Consequently I've been unable to launch Warframe all day and missed out on the in-game Tennocon relay.

Was hoping someone might have some ideas as to how to fix this. I'd imagine reinstalling Steam entirely might fix it, but would rather avoid that considering how much of a pain it would be to do so with my hundreds of gigabytes of installed games. I figured I'd ask here instead of the Warframe forum specifically even though I only have this problem with Warframe, it seems to be on the Steam client side.

Update: I re-downloaded and ran the steam installer. didn't make me reinstall all of my games either, but i would make a backup of your steamapps folder just to be safe. seems to have fixed the issue.

I have two steamapps folders across two 500 gig SSDs so backing them up isn't really an option. I have too many games installed... but ya know, I might wanna play them some time soon... I haven't finished them after all. Guess I'll just try it, since right now I've been able to get into Warframe by reinstalling it from the launcher, but that takes another 30-40 gigs
