Can't access the market
Well, what happened is that I bought cards to up my level in Ace Combat 7, but I bought more by accident. The market had failed in 2 purchases, and when I executed again it bought the cards I didn't required too.

Short after the message "You've made too many requests recently. Please wait and try your request again later."

Even after days without accessing it. So no, I don't do trading, and the cause was a failed from the Steam Client itself.

Please, a little help here!

IP rate limit, try changing you IP. if that doesnt fix it, then you have to wait and hope.

Yep. You're suffering the woes of CGNAT.

You hit an API quota limit. This quota limit is IPv4 based. If restarting your router doesn't help, you'll have to wait it out.

IPv4 addresses are not unique anymore. As there are more humans (8 billion) than IPv4 addresses (4.2 billion), ISPs have chosen to route users together on an identical IPv4 address. This technique is known as CGNAT.

For Valve's community market API this bundled together group of users looks like a single user.

If you waited several days to weeks, your only recourse is getting a public IPv4 address. It doesn't matter whether this one is static or dynamic. Ask your ISP on how to obtain one.
