Deleted skins cs2
Hello everyone, I'm asking for your help to understand the situation:
On July 16, I purchased several skins for CS2 on the official trading platform, paying with my Steam wallet balance. A few hours later, I logged in and discovered that I no longer had these skins (or the money). I reviewed my account history and noticed that Counter Strike Support had taken these skins. Here's the full text: Counter Strike Support undid one or more of your prior actions.
I didn't visit any websites, I didn't give anyone access, there was no hacking, and I can't physically exchange or sell the items because they were banned for a week after purchase (I didn't do anything in the game either).

I created a ticket with Steam support, but it was unsuccessful, and they claimed that it was my fault and they couldn't restore the items.

Is there any way to recover my items or understand why this happened?

Then it sound like there was some issue with the wallet funds on your account.
