Steam support's instructions are correct. For security reasons, you must be logged in with the correct account. Providing those bits of evidence is meaningless because for all they know, you could be someone who has hijacked the account in question and gotten access to that data.
If you can't access an email address, contact the email provider to see if you can recover the account. This situation is exactly why services warn you about deleting accounts and have a waiting period in place.
In the future, please make sure you fully review an account before starting any deletion request. This will save you a lot of stress and hassle.
Good luck recovering your account!
If you say so, then why does Steam have the option "I no longer have access to this email address"?Why do they ask for information to support and then say no support? My friend had the same problem as me, and he was supported to get his account back, but I wasn't? Why is that?
Follow the guide.
Thank you for providing that information but it is not enough to verify your ownership.
Unfortunately, there is no purchase information on the account for us to verify ownership, so you will need to verify ownership of the original email address used to create this account.
Please create a new support ticket using the first email address associated with the Steam account as the ticket contact email. Make sure that you are logged out of any Steam accounts before creating this ticket. Also reference this ticket number in the new ticket: HT-HN7J-X93P-46YP
If you no longer have access to the original email address, you will need to contact the email provider to recover it.
Please note, if you are not able to perform this action, we will not be able to make changes to the account and proceed in closing this ticket.
