Hi there!

Navigate to the Games tab at the top left corner, and make sure to click "Activate a Product on Steam..." :steamthumbsup:

Try exiting and restarting Steam, sometimes this fixes it. Also check here

https://steamhost.cn/account/licenses/

to see if it's showing as activated.
