If I buy a bundle with an existing package of 6 of 7 DLCs;
I have acquired along previous sales. Will this bundle overwright the licenses from what I already have? Or will it going to just add the one I'm missing and nothing more but save me some money from purchasing the specific DLC?

I have never bought in my entire time dlcs from bundles which duplicated DLC licenses because of this doubt. I already have Destiny 2 Legacy package without The Final Shape that became now part of this Legacy package due to the newest DLC expansion.

If I purchase this bundle will it overwright the existing licenses or do absolutely nothing but save me some money instead of buying the specific DLC expansion?

If it's an all or nothing type bundle, owning any piece of it will prevent you from buying it for yourself. If it's a package of multiple titles, you will pay it's full price but only get those items you don't already own.

The Store and Checkout process will detail what you get and when.
