First of all, I am Japanese and using a translation site, so the text may not be correct.

Here are the main problems
Steam does not start :
When I look at the task manager, I see processes such as steam.exe running, but they do not seem to start at all.
Even after I terminate all steam related processes and then start them, I still get
updating steam.... Checking installation status...
and it disappears instantly and nothing happens after that.

Coping strategies that I have tried are
- Reboot
- Reinstall steam
- Clean install leaving personal files and apps
etc.

I have tried most workarounds, but the problem persists.
Please let me know what I can do to fix the problem.
