Voice chat in call of duty
I randomly can talk to randoms but most of the time I have to send a friend request to talk. I have all privacy open, open nat.

It has been like this since mw2 and I'm on my 2nd gaming pc. My sons never does this and he's using my old pc. I guess I'll just deal with it.
