Cannot play my DLC's Not listed in library says CAH already running

I have COH2 & Ardennes assault but none of the DLC's I have bought are shown in my library. But it says already in library and when I try to play any it tells me that COH is aready running and reports an error

Some title is a all-in-one, but it dont look like this according to you,

right click game and properties and see if DLC's section is a option box or not,
as fare as i know you will not see it at games sold as included dlc in the title,
i have also seen game devs use all.in-one but still show per DLC's as option its not that simple all the time.

see skyrim and skyrim enhanced, 2 diffrent ways game devs can do it.
i only use that ref, because many own that game or both.
