[SOLVED]There was an error retrieving your trade offers. Please try again later.
Install the Steam Inventory Helper extension from the Google Chrome web store. Go to your browser's add-ons section and open the extension. Even if you receive an error in Steam, you'll see a SIHAPP pop-up where you can view your transactions.
You can get by this way until Steam fixes the issue.

I do not recommend using that extension.
