Nothing prevent you from make a steam other account as test.

Do not change filter or add tags on that steam new user test account , so you always have a compare it with Original Main account, rest is region or country block or not sold there issue.

Do write test account login/pw down, so you actual have a test account next time you have a issue with steam, you can find 1000+ post with PC user out of the blue, get a issue, but most here do not think on spare account other windows login user profile, or other cleaver ways to test for things. ( All part of faulthy finding and worst case senarios even reset OS and other worst nightmare then nothing works. ) because of addware or corrupted sysstem.

ATM. look like your own tags and filter is the issue.
