Steamwebhelper Not Responding
So when I try to open Steam it runs through a quick update process then just doesn't open. About 5 minutes later an error screen pops up saying Steamwebhelper not responding and gives me some options to try again. None of those options work.

I looked online and this same error has cropped up quite a bit and there are dozens of suggested fixes. I have tried all of them and nothing works.
What I have tried (not necessarily in this order):
Deleting the SteamWebHelper.exe from cef folder
running as admin
running in compatibility mode for Win 8, Win 7, and even Win Vista for s***s and grins
uninstalling and re-installing Steam.
Uninstalling and re-installing Steam in a new folder location
Uninstalling and re-installing Steam onto a new hard drive
Steam support suggested I try forcing it to open in Beta
Changing the Congestion Control Provider to cubic instead of BBR2.
Putting Steam on my antivirus exceptions list (including windows defender)
uninstalling my antivirus and opening steam with no antivirus running (including Windows Defender)
deleting all files associated with steam including all of my F***ing save games files then re-installing steam and making sure the first time it opened was in admin and with the beta option....
uninstalling and re-installing drivers
reverting to previous updates for all drivers
reverting to original BIOs
re-updating all of the above

I think that covers it but I may have missed something... I have spent close to 20 hours working this effort at this point and Steam Support has said they can't help me and sent me here...

This is my last ditch effort before wiping my computer and starting over....

Can anyone help?

I am running Windows 11, with a GeForce 3060 .

Check system for errors, you actual hope it will found something.

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth
SFC /Scannow
chkdsk c:
chkdsk d:
chkdsk e:

Because whats next reset OS and start over.

ps.
And that mean interference issue, but with what. ?

Where is alot of mistakes, steam is win10 rdy, along time ago.

I'm sure you know its not funny to have to test and go though all this, but nothing prevent you have a spare disk and reinstall OS on that to test the i start froma claen slate, and that meqan get OS Op and as soone as possible install steam and get atht to work, then start with few apps you use retest it have controll over the what you are doing try nail what cause this.

Old windows user from the past in know this procedur. ( well you actual hope you cant repete it, ( but in the end you can see the logic in OS or steam is corrupted. or should i said addware screw with my system.

Dont aspect other want to help, then you have your back at the wall and almost can kiss your butt byebye.

its easy to be cooky then all is working, but you are not there yet. then you figure out what culprint might be we all say yeah we could told you that, welcome in that club then its over.

gl with back to basic or start over and hope you cant repete it , or dont care when now it work.

ps.
when we say update BIOS and Drivers that mean newest, not reverting to original BIOS
and in the past that was not possible.

i use word like incremental increasing you cant have newest BIOS fixes and then OS might might use them correction and then reverting it your OS might not like that, all depend on what they have done. ( this is your Brand board support that know best here. )

You can also find post with ppl have wipe all steam, and then claim steam new installment is a fix. ( they might forget all the other things you also did. ( sometimes cause and effect is the issue.) i have seen a person forgot install GPU drivers and then cant get anything to work.

And you dont mention this, but i bet this is not the case here, you see how unforgiven forum chat is, might be in the uninstalling and re-installing drivers

But anyway now you know why we other learn such ways back to old PC test ways to ID where is the issue even then you actual dont care about it. but all this is part of noting prevent it happend all over again, untill you figureout what cause this.

Thanks for your help! The scans did not find anything, but that was at least something I hadn't tried.... I guess I will reset the OS which I have no faith in because all instances I have seen of people in the past trying that have come back not working. but at this point I have nothing but time to lose by doing it lol so ill give it a shot and let ya know how it goes.
