Help with purchasing the last of us II

I live in Jordan, ,middle east... I would like to legally purchase this game but the store prevents me.
I would like to legally purchase it, how can I do that?
I have been posting for over a year now, I am capable of obtaining the game illegally and that is something I DO NOT WANT TO DO, I want to support the creators of the game and buy it.

If you cannot see the store page the game is banned in Jordan.

Activation is also blocked in Jordan so that would not work.

Legal and government policies are big ones a lot of the time. However licensing agreements can also play a role.

Regardless Valve cannot legally sell you the game. Do not try and bypass it as it will end very badly for you and your account.

Dear lord, I am playing cyberpunk and I can purchase all sorts of Adult games on steam, there is barely any sexual content in this game, on top of that I can view adult websites of all sorts as well...

This censorship is beyond stupid.

Speak to your government as they are the ones who banned access to the game.

Secondly the link in post #3 shows it cannot be activated in Jordan.
