200 sale items cap for market
Hello, im planning to sell all my 7k steam trade cards on the market in order to buy a steam deck but i saw on the internet that once i reach ~200 sales per calendar year, Steam will prompt me with a form. Im NOT a U.S. citizen so i was wondering what does this form look like and what kind of information do i need to reveal.

If you aren't from the US, it may not apply to you. It's really for income tax purposes, as selling virtual items can be considered a form of income. If you're from a country that doesn't have income tax, you probably won't have to worry about anything. Otherwise, you'll probably be given the appropriate form for your country, so if needed they can report your income.

And don't try to go around this by selling on 3rd party sites. That's how people get their accounts hijacked and their inventories stolen. You could lose a lot more than what your government would have taken.
The limit was removed a while ago. The beginning of Nov 2018 as you can see the change from the Oct 25th archived page and the Nov 4th page.

Enjoy selling at your leisure.
