Steam Support doesnt help!
I'm extremely frustrated with Steam Support right now. I can log in to my account using one-time codes (found by logging in to my account.), and yet they keep telling me there's an "identification problem" — how is that even possible if I’m already logged in?

I have tons of games I haven’t even played yet, and now I'm stuck in this endless loop where Support keeps asking me for Steam Wallet Code receipts — which makes no sense, because I have NEVER used any Steam Wallet Code on this account. Ever.

To make things worse, they repeatedly ask me for receipts from PagSeguro and BoaCompra, but I’ve never used those services. I even contacted those companies directly, and they clearly told me that my email/account has never used their platform.

This whole process feels broken. I’m logged in, I can prove I own this account, and yet Steam is treating me like a stranger. Stop asking for irrelevant receipts I don’t have. Start checking what I actually used — look into my purchase history tied directly to my account.

This is beyond frustrating.

Btw I can only login to my account from browser, one time codes is not allowed to use on application which is so dumb.

Then tell them that and ask what else you could provide to verify account ownership.

Took me over 10 minutes to sign in. I was on a seemingly endless loop between my PC and my phone trying to sign into Steam with a code they did not text me. Kept asking for Steam app authenticator. I had a a 6 digit code on file but it only wanted a 5 digit code.

WHY IS THIS SO HARD!!!
Dont delete cookiies if browser is set to clear browser etc when exiting Steam, Steam will see your account as a new account on any devices.
