change refund payment
this is my first time trying to do this. i refunded something a couple days ago put my refund payment to steam wallet. now I want to change the refund payment. (fyi i got the payment from the game before but now it says money will be sent to steam wallet and i see no option to change it to my credit card)

If the refund has been accepted then it's too late. If the request still hasn't been answered then you can cancel and resubmit. You can only refund back to your card the amount you paid with your card though.

A refund request will attempt to send the funds back to where they came from. If the original payment method cannot except the refund, the money will be redirected to your wallet.

Not entirely true. If you paid with an outside payment method you always get the choice when asking for a refund if you want to refund to that original payment method ( if possible) or to the Steam Wallet.
Some people prefer to refund to wallet since its faster and most want to buy something else on the store with the money anyway.

If you paid with Steam Wallet then you get no choice and it automatically refunds to the wallet.
