Download Speed Need Help!
My internet was 50 Mbps I downloaded at 5 MB on steam I upgrade my internet speeds to 250 Mbps and I am still getting 5 MB download speed on steam!

Any help would be great!

You can also try to delete Steam's web browser data:

Steam > Settings > In Game > Delete Web Browser Data
